  • Full marketing appraisal
  • Property photgraphy
  • Listing on this website plus Rightmove and OnTheMarket
  • Erection of property board
  • Management of enquiries
  • Vetting of prospective tenants, arrangement and completion of viewings
  • Full tenant referencing, including a guarantor if necessary
  • Preparation of an Inventory/Condition Report on the property, and management of it’s sign off by the tenant(s)
  • Preparation and management of the Tenacy Agreement
  • Collection of first month’s rent and security deposit
  • Set up and management of the tenant’s Security Deposit through Government approved scheme

We are your ‘eyes and ears’ and will ensure you are updated on the condition of your property regularly,
